1. Non-Supported Returns and Exchanges
Returns and exchanges are not supported if your customer ordered the wrong size, color, or simply changed their mind.
Please ensure that you select the correct size and color before placing your order.
2. Damaged Products or Manufacturing Errors
In the case of a damaged product or a manufacturing error, Fusion Prints offers a free reprint or a refund.
To be eligible for a reprint or refund, you must contact us within 30 days of product delivery.
3. Process for Reprints and Refunds
To initiate a reprint or refund, please contact our customer service team at support@shopfusionprints.com with your order number and a description of the issue.
We may request photos of the damaged product or manufacturing error to expedite the process.
Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will process a free reprint or issue a refund to your original method of payment.
4. Shipping Costs
For approved reprints or refunds due to damaged products or manufacturing errors, Fusion Prints will cover the shipping costs for the replacement item.
In all other cases, customers are responsible for their own shipping costs for returning items.
